Below is a roundup of key moments and featured videos worth your time.

What Were IT Service Providers Talking About?

    • Why AI adoption works best when MSPs start small—automating specific pain points instead of trying to solve everything at once
    • How to move AI experimentation into real business impact, and why monetization (not just adoption) is the biggest opportunity and the biggest frustration right now
    • Why AI readiness depends on data readiness first, and how MSPs can turn data into a recurring revenue model
    • The growing risk of subrogation and multi-client ransomware attacks, and why the same tools MSPs use to serve clients are now the same tools threat actors use against them
    • Why the fundamentals—asset inventories, data flow diagrams, defensibility—matter more than any single security tool, and how frameworks like the GTIA Cybersecurity Trustmark help ITSPs build a defensible security posture

Featured Videos to Watch

The MSP That Used AI to Save 2,800 Hours a Year

GTIA's Scott Campbell sits down with Karl Fulljames, CTO, Nucleus Networks and inaugural winner of the GTIA Innovate Award for Best Internal Solution, to break down the AI tool his team built to sync data across every device and partner platform into a single-click security scorecard. Fulljames walks through how the solution came together, how it freed up 10 account managers to focus on client relationships instead of report-building and why the result was over 700 hours saved per quarter—along with his advice to MSPs looking to build their own AI wins.

Connecting AI, Data and Growth for MSP Success

GTIA’s Chris Phillips talks with Ashley Cooper, COO, CyberDrain; Kris Blackmon, director of global partner marketing, AvePoint and Antwine Jackson, president and founder, Enitech about the work coming out of GTIA's AI, Channel Development and Data advisory councils. The three discuss the maturity model the AI council is building to help members move from experimentation to monetization, why go-to-market means more than marketing and how AI readiness is inseparable from data readiness—plus a shared call for more unity and collaboration across the councils' work over the next 12 months.

Cybersecurity Is a Fight. Are You Prepared?

GTIA’s Chris Johnson talks with Matt Lee, senior director of security and compliance at Pax8 about the current threat landscape, including the growing risk of subrogation claims and the shift toward attackers targeting individual clients within an MSP's book of business. Lee explains why AI-enabled threats aren't a new category of risk—just a faster, lower-barrier version of the same one—and why the answer isn't chasing every new tool, but getting disciplined about the fundamentals: asset inventories, data flow mapping and defensibility. His advice for ITSPs building toward long-term relevance: Know your clients' businesses deeply enough to know where the real risk sits.

Channel Optimism Holds as Oil, Tariffs and War Keep Pressure On

Channel sentiment on the U.S. economy split further in Q2 2026, as "strong" views slipped to 36% while "neutral" climbed to 29%—a sign that ITSPs are returning to ambivalence rather than picking a side. Meanwhile, twelve-month outlook held its ground, with optimism steady at 48% for a third straight quarter, even as the economic picture beneath it shifted.
