Setting the standard for how the channel delivers AI.

The Managed Intelligence Alliance is designed to help IT service providers deliver AI solutions to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) securely, responsibly and at scale.

WHY THE ALLIANCE

Managed intelligence is growing faster than the standards behind it.

Managed intelligence — AI delivered as a managed service — is quickly becoming the next major service category for the IT channel. But the practices needed to deliver it don't exist yet.

For most SMBs, AI adoption will depend on the technology providers they already know and trust. ITSPs, MSPs and other channel partners can identify practical use cases, then deploy and manage AI securely and responsibly.

The Managed Intelligence Alliance gives providers a practical path from customer interest to secure, repeatable offerings, and gives every GTIA member a voice in how that path is built.
