While the hype of artificial intelligence (AI) may have peaked, the functionality of it has not, according to the GTIA IT Industry Outlook 2025. Tech companies expect to realize time savings on routine tasks, automated IT operations and deeper data analysis, among other benefits, in 2025.
Indeed, AI will continue to provide a big opportunity for solution providers and MSPs, according to members of the GTIA AI Advisory Council and other GTIA member group leaders asked what to expect in 2025. Here’s what they had to say.
AI-Driven Automation Will Redefine MSP Operations
“I predict that in 2025, AI will be at the heart of MSP operations, sales, and marketing, enabling hyper-automation of routine tasks such as patch management, threat detection, and ticket triage. This will allow MSPs to focus on strategic initiatives, offering clients more proactive and value-driven services.
