LONDON, UK - 20 July 2026 - Registration is now open for ChannelCon EMEA 2026. The annual Global Technology Industry Association’s (GTIA) European event will take place from 9-10 November 2026 at Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge. Bringing together IT service providers (MSPs), vendors, distributors and industry associates, ChannelCon EMEA is designed to help drive business success in the European IT channel, providing the independent resources and opportunities channel organisations need to advance smarter, faster and more efficiently.
Artificial intelligence (AI), cybersecurity, workforce challenges and changing customer expectations continue to reshape the technology landscape. According to the 2026 GTIA State of the Channel report, 37% of MSPs expect AI services to become a major revenue driver within two years, yet most MSPs are still struggling to monetise them. ChannelCon EMEA will equip MSPs with actionable strategies, independent research and real-world insights and solutions to help them adapt, grow and thrive during this most transformative period the channel has ever seen.
Building on the success of last year’s inaugural GTIA ChannelCon EMEA event, this year’s event offers two expert-led education tracks across two days:
- Channel Insights: GTIA member experts will discuss business-building tactics and IT workforce strategies, alongside exclusive content based on GTIA proprietary research.
- Technology Trends: These sessions cover the latest AI trends and how to identify – and respond proactively – to new cyber threats.
GTIA members can also pre-book exclusive 1:1 advice sessions with industry experts. Provided through the Business Genius Café, the sessions offer non-biased, actionable advice on business growth, cybersecurity, AI automation, and go-to-market strategies.
Keynote speaker sessions include:
- Daniel Priestley, Entrepreneur, Author and Business Strategist will deliver a business keynote and share his experience in helping leaders build valuable brands and achieve sustainable growth.
- Graham Norton, Presenter, Broadcaster and Author will participate in a fireside chat, where attendees will have the opportunity to hear about Graham’s successful career as a television personality, entrepreneur, and author.
An additional bonus programme, delivered on 11 November, includes the CompTIA AI Agent Essentials Workshop. Participants will learn how to identify AI agent opportunities, turn business tasks into agent-powered workflows and safely deploy AI to automate work, increase efficiency and drive better client outcomes.
“The technology channel is entering one of the most transformative periods in its history. AI is changing how businesses operate, cybersecurity threats continue to evolve, and customers are demanding greater value from their technology partners. There has never been a more important time for the industry to come together, learn from one another and prepare for what's next,” commented Dan Wensley, CEO, GTIA.
Whether you're looking to identify new revenue opportunities, develop your workforce, strengthen your cybersecurity offering or understand how AI can create measurable business value, ChannelCon EMEA will provide the knowledge, research and connections through a programme packed with practical insights, proven strategies and actionable advice.
Combining trusted relationships with exclusive insights
Unlike other EMEA events, ChannelCon EMEA emphasises a member-first approach, aiming to enhance the experience and value for ITSPs. It reflects GTIA’s long-standing commitment to trust, neutrality, and community, with attendees often citing relationships as one of the event’s most valuable outcomes. Attendees will also have access to GTIA’s independent research, templates, benchmarking tools and proprietary market insights. These resources are designed to accelerate operational improvements and guide strategic decisions in the channel.
"ChannelCon EMEA is where member benefits really come to life," says Wensley. "For ITSPs, this is where independent, expert-driven insight turns into real business advantage — new peer relationships, sharper strategy, and practical tools they can put to work immediately. But just as importantly, it's where the industry itself comes together: vendors, distributors, and solution providers in the same room, shaping where the channel goes next. We're excited to bring that energy back to the European channel and spark the conversations that will define its future."
Registration for ChannelCon EMEA 2026 is open now and free for GTIA members. The full conference programme and registration options are available at: https://channelcon.gtia.org/emea.
