Oakbrook Terrace, Ill., January 14, 2026 — The Global Technology Industry Association (GTIA), the nonprofit membership community that helps the IT channel connect and grow, today announced that three new candidates are up for election to its 2026–2027 Board of Directors, filling vacancies resulting from expiring terms. The three nominees who will be voted in together, along with returning board members, are:
- Andrew Allen, Chairman, aabyss. Allen is a Chartered Director and visionary leader whose influence spans over 20 years across various sectors in business and technology. He blends deep technological expertise with a strong commitment to creating environments where businesses and communities thrive. Guided by core values such as trustworthiness, achievement, and compassion, he advises organizations on aligning their goals with societal impact. Andrew's leadership drives meaningful change and ensures sustainable success for the organizations he supports. Allen is based in Liverpool, U.K.
- Jennifer Anaya, Senior Vice President, Global Marketing, Ingram Micro. Anaya is a proven IT channel leader and change agent, where she oversees global brand, customer communities, and events, as well as digital marketing. With over 20 years of experience in the B2B technology sector, Anaya is recognized for listening to the voice of the customer and translating insights into clear communication and meaningful opportunities for enhanced collaboration. Anaya leads Ingram Micro’s global partner community, the Trust X Alliance, and directs the company's global brand strategy, as well as customer marketing experiences connected to Ingram Micro Xvantage. In 2024, she received CRN’s Women of the Year Lifetime Achievement award. She is based in Orange County, Calif.
- Jennifer Roy, CEO, Nucleus Networks. With a strong background in operations and strategic leadership, Roy oversees the daily operations at Nucleus Networks. Well-respected across Canada’s IT community and with more than a decade of experience in the MSP space, her focus on excellence has fueled the company's growth and helped Nucleus Networks earn recognition as one of Canada’s top MSPs. She previously held IT leadership roles, developing skills in management, team leadership, and strategic planning. In 2025, CRN listed Roy among the Women of the Channel Power 80 Solution Providers and awarded her the CEO of the Year award as part of the Women of the Year Awards. Roy is based in Vancouver, Canada.
New Non-Voting Board Member to Serve in an Advisory Role
In addition to the slate of directors, GTIA is also appointing Luis Giraldo, Chief Evangelist for ScalePad, as a non-voting Board member. Giraldo is a seasoned channel executive who will leverage more than 20 years of experience in IT services, software development, and go-to-market leadership to provide additional perspective to the GTIA Board of Directors.
In his current role at ScalePad, Giraldo leads community and channel initiatives that help MSPs achieve operational excellence, engage client executives, and drive measurable business outcomes. Before ScalePad, he held senior roles at IT Glue and N-able, founded Monkey Box, a SaaS IT documentation platform acquired by IT Glue, and spent 16 years building, leading, and exiting two managed services firms in Vancouver. Giraldo currently serves on the board for Ukon, a cyber insurance marketplace for MSPs and is also a Venture Partner and Operating Advisor at Top Down Ventures. Giraldo is also the host of MSP Confidential, a podcast and livestream on growth, leadership, and operational maturity. He is based in Vancouver, Canada.
Selection Process and Key Criteria for GTIA Board Members
The GTIA Board of Directors consists of senior executives and thought leaders who hold executive-level positions across the information technology industry. The responsibility of the GTIA Board of Directors is to influence industry trends, advocate for its members, and establish priorities and policies that promote growth and innovation across the IT channel.
Candidates are qualified for membership on the GTIA Board of Directors based on their passion for GTIA’s mission, senior leadership experience, and integrity. The selection process considers a demonstrated commitment to advancing the IT industry, recognized leadership within their respective fields, understanding of sound governance practices, strategic and analytical skills, innovative thinking, exemplary character, and the ability to contribute objectively and positively to discussions.
