Kelly Ricker is the chief operating officer of GTIA, the only vendor-neutral, non-profit trade association for the global IT channel representing more than 2,500 member companies. As COO, Ricker is responsible for overseeing programmatic member benefits including education, research, events and video production while managing key operational departments such as IT, finance, human resources, and legal.

 Prior to GTIA, Ricker served as the chief learning officer at the American Academy of Neurology (AAN). In this role, Ricker spearheaded strategic initiatives in scientific research, member education and leadership, and events, generating more than $30 million in revenue each year. Ricker previously served as executive vice president of events and learning at CompTIA where she contributed to the growth of the organization from $46 million to $125 million over her 13-year tenure.
