We’re shifting gears for this upcoming call—this session is all about the power of storytelling. Every MSP has a story: a bold risk that paid off, a cautionary tale that shaped operations, or a challenge that sparked a breakthrough.
We’re inviting MSPs to share their moments of success—or failure—with the group and lean into the lessons behind them. Whether it’s a cautionary tale or a proud win, your experience might be exactly what someone else needs to hear. We’re also kicking off a new project and need volunteers. We are going to launch a video series featuring real MSP stories to be released later this year. If you’ve got a compelling story and you’ll be in Nashville for ChannelCon, we’d love to record it in person as part of this series. So, first things first – join this call, share your story, and if it’s a good fit, we’ll follow up and make it happen at ChannelCon.
This session will focus on:
- Real-life stories from MSPs: big wins, hard lessons, or turning points
- Open-floor sharing (bring a story or come to listen and learn)
- How storytelling builds community, inspires innovation, and accelerates growth
